We've had a fun Homecoming Spirit Week in Elementary!
In an effort to develop a consistent brand for our District, Westfield Academy and Central School is pleased to share our new logos! These logos will be used to represent the numerous educational activities, sports and communications WACS shares moving forward. Our school is thankful to our students and all those who shared insight in the refreshed design of these images.

We successfully completed our bus safety drills today. Thank you to all of our bus drivers for the great work they do every day, and for the important bus safety information they shared with our students this morning.

Big shout out to Carson Swanson for being named Dan Palmer's WDOE Student-Athlete of the day for Tuesday September 12! Carson currently has 12 goals in leading the Varsity boys' soccer team to a 4 and 0 record! Great job Carson!
Today, September 11th, we remember all of those who lost their lives 22 years ago due to the tragic events that occurred in our Nation. We ask that you join Westfield Academy and Central School District in remembering and honoring all families, first responders and members of our armed forces who served and continue to serve our Nation.

Congratulations to our Girls Varsity Soccer team for their 2-0 win over Pine Valley today. Big shout out to our Volleyball team for their win over Fredonia yesterday, and great job to our modified boys soccer team for their 2-1 win today over Cassadaga-Falconer.
Big shout out to Boys Varsity Soccer for their 5-1 victory of Cassadaga-Falconer. Carson had 4 and Austin had the other. Nolan had 8 saves, and Anthony had 3 assists. HUGE shout out to Carson who now holds the school scoring record with 43 career goals! Let's Cook boys!

Our Maintenance team has been hard at work all summer long to make sure our school is ready for the new school year. We are grateful for their hardwork and attention to detail! The school is looking fantastic!
WACS is hosting a backpack and supply distribution for any Westfield students in need of a new backpack or some school supplies. Please stop by on Wednesday, August 23rd from 10am - 12pm or 4pm-6pm in the cafeteria parent loop to see if there are some items that will help your child start the new year.
All items were generously donated from various organizations and individuals. Please note that items are first come, first served.
Haleigh Dellow and Carson Swanson were recognized last night at the Chautauqua Sports Hall of Fame Summer Picnic. This special event acknowledged Haleigh's First Team All State achievement in Softball and Carson's First Team All State achievement in basketball.
This is a huge honor! Congratulations to both of these student athletes.
