    Good afternoon Westfield Families:

Students in grades 6-12 should report tomorrow. Our school day will be modified and we will dismiss at 9:00 AM. Our transportation department will pick-up students at their regular pick-up location and time. Students will arrive at the normal start time by bus or parent drop off. At our 9:00 AM dismissal, we will provide transportation home for students. Students will meet with their teachers and gather the materials necessary for our school closure and their education. Students unable to attend, please contact your principal to make arrangements to receive your materials.

Students in grades Pre-K through 5 do not need to report tomorrow. Your child’s teacher will be in contact with you to discuss the educational plan moving forward.

Our District will be serving breakfast and lunch to all students Monday-Friday during the closure.

We designated our parent loop as a pickup location for breakfast and lunches. Families may pick up between the hours of 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. We will deliver food to your vehicle. During this time students will receive their lunch for the day and breakfast for the following day.

If you are unable to pick-up food, we can arrange for delivery. Please contact 326-2196 to make arrangements.

All school activities and athletics are postponed at this time. Please plan on a closure to extend through April 20th. We will update on any changes to this date.

For any additional support or needs during this time please call our 326-2151. Please visit our website and Facebook page for updates.

We will continue to use our voice messaging as a method of communication.

Westfield, be healthy and know that our School Community is here to assist you in a time of need. Please contact us should you need assistance.
