Today our students in grades K, 1 , and 2 were treated to some tasty custard or dole whip from Ms. Ericca at Wanderlust. Our students thoroughly enjoyed these cold treats and the fun color changing spoons.
Back in December our students in these grades made ornaments for the Wanderlust Christmas tree in Mrs. Holt's library class. Today's treats were a kind gesture to thank students for those ornaments.

Our third graders shared their Haiku poems while wearing traditional Japanese Kimonos in Mrs. Zastrow's library class last week.
The haiku is a Japanese poetic form that consists of three lines, with five syllables in the first line, seven in the second, and five in the third. Great job, third graders!

Big shout out to Carson Swanson who now holds the career scoring record in Boys Basketball with 1,435 points! Last night during the 2nd quarter of our 64-55 win over Panama, Carson surpassed the previous record of 1,414! Great job Carson and team for their huge win!

Good evening WACS: we will be conducting a two hour delay tomorrow to allow our staff time to prepare as a result of the disruptions the last two days. The school day will start at 9:45 for secondary and 10:40 for elementary students. CTE BOCES students should report to Westfield at 9:45. All out of district students will be picked up two hours later than their normal pick-up.
