Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs include instruction in Automotive Technology, Conservation, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Culinary Arts, Diesel Mechanics, Health Careers, Small Animal Science, Sports Conditioning and Exercise Science and Welding. These hands-on programs offer opportunities for our students to pursue trades, licensed professions and other career path training for their future endeavors. Pictured here is Hunter Cole, demonstrating his advanced welding knowledge from one of these programs. Our Maintenance Department has provided this opportunity for Hunter to practice the skills he has gained through his BOCES CTE program here at WACS.
Currently we have 27 students enrolled in one of the programs listed above and we anticipate even greater participation next year.

Congratulations to our very own Haleigh Dellow! Way to go! Keep it up! #scholarathlete

Our 3rd graders were beaming with pride as they listened to the Chautauqua Institution Young Playwrights read their plays aloud to the group. Students have been learning about the play writing process and scripting their own plays as a part of this memorable program. Great job students!

Looks like our middle school students had some fun at Friday's activity night! Thank you Student Government!
