All student-athlete interested in participating in winter athletics at Westfield Academy and Central School are required to complete the following:
- Sign-up outside the High School Gym by October 15th
- Have their family complete the necessary paperwork on-line at https://www.familyid.com/organ... under the WACS Winter Athletics 2021 Program by October 22nd
- Have a current physical on file with our Nurses' Office
- Have a current ImPact Concussion Baseline on file with our Athletic Department
