MEMORIAL GARDEN

The Memorial Garden at Westfield Central School was founded in 1996. Construction occurred over the next several years by dedicated volunteers from the school and community. It can be found in the in the inner courtyard at the school. Memorial bricks, who represent loved ones of employees, students and Board Of Education members are placed throughout the garden’s walkways. A gazebo, park like benches, sundial and a seating area allow the visitor a quiet place to go for closure and reflection while acting as healing spaces. A tribute to lives lost.
